Job summary

ICF is actively recruiting for an experienced Critical Infrastructure Analyst SME to join our Security and Resilience practice in Dahlgren, VA. This role supports the U.S. DoD mission assurance and requires an active clearance.

Responsibilities include assessing critical infrastructure sectors, analyzing threats, and protecting infrastructure from physical and cyber risks, with collaboration across teams and potential travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure analysis and related fields.
• Experience operating electric power assets, water systems, transportation, and telecommunications.
• GIS software experience for analysis.
• Active, in-scope US Government-issued clearance and US Citizenship are required.
• Experience in consulting is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess available critical infrastructure in an area of concern across fuels, transportation, and water sectors.
• Analyze threats and assess impacts to customers if disrupted, damaged, or destroyed.
• Collaborate with teammates on infrastructure analyses and document analyses with high attention to detail.
• Respond to quick-turn tasks and complete detailed analyses.
• Occasional travel may be required.
