Job summary

Leidos in St. Louis, MO seeks a cleared cartographic analyst to support a government–contractor team with cartographic production and GIS analysis. The role requires a current TS/SCI and willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph; telework may be possible partially.

The successful candidate will work on Electronic Nautical Chart conversion, production and review, updating catalogs and performing data migration while collaborating on mission areas.

Qualifications

• Experience with geography, cartography and GIS including ArcGIS applications.
• Ability to analyze imagery and non-imagery source information for NGA hydrographic products.
• Experience creating shapefiles and geodatabases.

Responsibilities

• Provide cartographic production and analysis within a government–contractor team.
• Perform Electronic Nautical Chart conversion, production and review tasks.
• Update source catalogs and perform data conversion/migration as needed.
• Extract features from nautical charts, hydrographic data and imagery for NGA products.
