Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Azure Solution Architect (Top Secret) in the United States to lead secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for federal missions. You will design IaC with Terraform, deploy via Azure DevOps, and align with CAF, NIST, and TIC 3.0 standards, while enforcing Zero Trust and governance across landing zones and hybrid networks.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Azure (Tier II/III) and strong scripting, with excellent communication for cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• At least 5 years of experience with Tier II Azure or 3+ years with Tier III enterprise Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing Azure landing zones and core infrastructure services per CAF/NIST guidance.
• Strong Azure governance knowledge (RBAC, Policy, subscriptions, resource groups).
• Scripting and automation with PowerShell for cloud administration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IaC using Terraform for secure Azure deployments.
• Build CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps for provisioning and deployment.
• Architect and sustain enterprise Azure infrastructure aligning with CAF and Well‑Architected Frameworks.
• Establish governance: management groups, subscriptions, resource groups, RBAC, and policies.
• Manage Azure Key Vault, storage, backup, and encryption across enterprise resources.
• Design enterprise networking: VNets, Private connectivity, and hybrid cloud integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics; implement automated responses.
• Support migrations, modernization, and capacity planning; prepare audit/compliance documentation.
