Job summary

Seaway Plastics is hiring a Full-Time Production Associate in Santa Rosa, California. You will visually inspect, prepare, wash, and package medical devices in a cleanroom environment following work instructions and strict garbing, cleaning, and safety procedures.

You will meet daily production objectives, maintain scheduling due dates, and complete production documentation while adhering to SOPs. Prior manufacturing or cleanroom experience is a plus; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior manufacturing/production experience a plus.
• Prior cleanroom experience a plus.
• Willingness to work full time in a cleanroom.
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift 40 lbs.
• Good written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect, prepare, wash, and package medical devices in a cleanroom per work instructions.
• Follow cleanroom procedures for garbing, cleaning, and safety.
• Adhere to rules to shield products from particles and contaminants to maintain sterility.
• Meet standards for efficiencies, scrap, and safety.
• Execute and maintain scheduling due dates.
• Identify and correct issues in setup processes.
• Achieve daily production objectives (Parts Per Hour).
• Comply with SOPs and complete production documentation.
