Job summary

Seaway Plastics in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking personnel to support cleanroom manufacturing of medical devices. You will visually inspect, wash, and package products per work instructions, while maintaining strict cleanroom procedures for garbing, cleaning and safety.

The role emphasizes meeting efficiency, accuracy in documentation, and adherence to SOPs in a team environment. PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits accompany a full-time position in a controlled cleanroom setting.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect, prepare, wash, and package medical devices in the cleanroom environment per work instructions.
• Follow all required cleanroom procedures for garbing, cleaning, and safety.
• Adhere to rules to shield products from particles, dirt, allergens, and other contaminants.
• Meet standards for efficiencies, scrap, and safety.
• Execute and maintain scheduling due dates.
• Recognize and correct issues in the setup process.
• Achieve daily production objectives by meeting job efficiency standards (Parts Per Hour).
• Comply with department and company SOPs.
• Complete all required production documentation.

• Strictly adhere to rules and protocols that shield products from exposure to particles, dirt, allergens, and other contaminates in order to maintain a sterile environment
• Responsible for meeting the standards for efficiencies, scrap, and safety
• Execute and maintain scheduling due dates
• Recognize and correct any issues within the setup process
• Obtain daily production objectives by meeting job efficiency standards (Parts Per Hour)
• Comply with department and company SOPs
• Properly completing all required production documentation

$18.21hr + 5% Shift Differential
