Job summary

Seaway Plastics is seeking a production team member to operate in a cleanroom environment in Santa Rosa, CA. You will visually inspect, wash, package, and prepare medical devices following strict work instructions.

Responsibilities include following cleanroom procedures, maintaining sterile conditions, and meeting daily production objectives while adhering to SOPs. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs and full-time availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior manufacturing/production experience is a plus.
• Prior cleanroom experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work full time in a cleanroom environment.
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Good written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect, prepare, wash, and package medical devices in the cleanroom environment per work instructions.
• Follow all required cleanroom procedures for garbing, cleaning, and safety.
• Maintain sterile environment by shielding products from particles and contaminants.
• Meet standards for efficiencies, scrap, and safety.
• Execute and maintain scheduling due dates.
• Identify and correct issues in the setup process.
• Meet daily production objectives by achieving job efficiency (Parts Per Hour).
• Comply with department and company SOPs.
• Complete all required production documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strictly adhere to rules and protocols that shield products from exposure to particles, dirt, allergens, and other contaminates in order to maintain a sterile environment
• Responsible for meeting the standards for efficiencies, scrap, and safety
• Execute and maintain scheduling due dates
• Recognize and correct any issues within the setup process
• Obtain daily production objectives by meeting job efficiency standards (Parts Per Hour)
• Comply with department and company SOPs
• Properly completing all required production documentation
