Aerotek is hiring production associates for a cleanroom medical device manufacturing site in Delano, MN. Start ASAP with paid training. We offer on-the-job learning, cross-training, and room for advancement in a stable, climate-controlled facility.

Shift options: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with pay rates from $20 to $24 per hour. No prior manufacturing experience required; training provided. Responsibilities include molding, inspection, and documentation in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate molding and production equipment to manufacture medical-grade silicone and plastic components
• Trim, finish, and inspect products according to quality standards
• Perform detailed visual inspections, including microscope work
• Weigh, mix, and prepare raw materials for production
• Complete production documentation and quality records
• Use hand tools to perform precision manufacturing tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and cleanroom protocols
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals
