Aerotek in Wisconsin is hiring Cleanroom Production Operators to support the production of custom molded medical devices in a clean, climate-controlled facility. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Proficient reading/writing in English and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and production equipment.
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks on molded components.
• Use equipment such as pad printers, sonic welders, heat stakers, and drill presses.
• Complete trimming, degating, and secondary manufacturing operations.
• Assemble products according to detailed work instructions.
• Package and label products to customer specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and report molding issues to technicians.
• Maintain accurate production records and activity logs.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant cleanroom environment.

What You'll Do

As a Cleanroom Production Operator, you will:

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Menomonie, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.75/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
