This position is for our North Ridgeville, Ohio corporate headquarters (7887 Bliss Pkwy, North Ridgeville, OH 44039), located just a short drive from Elyria, Avon, Lorain, Strongsville, and North Olmsted.
NOTE: This posting is for the 1st shift position from 6:30 am to 5:15 pm, Monday - Thursday. See our 2nd shift Cleanroom Packaging Associate opening here.

As a cleanroom packaging associate, you'll be responsible for packaging medical products in a clean, climate-controlled cleanroom, following gowning, cleanliness, and quality procedures so every product ships accurately and contamination-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Package, label, and inspect medical products to specification
• Follow cleanroom gowning and contamination-control procedures
• Read job orders and work instructions
• Detect and report defects or questionable conditions
• Accurately record labor and material usage in the ERP system
• Keep the cleanroom work area clean and organized

Physical Requirements

• Standing 10 hours
• Lifting up to 40-50 lbs
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) required

PAY

• $21/hour starting
• Overtime opportunities available

Work environment

• Clean, climate-controlled medical/cleanroom work area
• Climate-controlled claim applies only to the medical area
• Health, dental, and vision benefits available after 30 days
• 401(k) eligibility after 90 days, subject to plan terms
• Wellness incentive may reduce per-pay medical cost
• Vacation: 80 hours in year 1, 120 hours after year 1, 160 hours after year 5, maximum 200 hours after year 10
• Depending on role/level and program rules: attendance bonus, training compensation, and referral bonus may be available

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required. JBC currently reimburses up to $100 for PPE acquisition. Additional task-specific PPE is required/provided as needed. Cleanroom gowning, hair/beard covers, gloves, and shoe covers apply as required.
