Employnet Inc is seeking a Production Technician to operate semi-automated production equipment used in capacitor manufacturing in a controlled cleanroom environment in California. You will rotate through multiple cleanroom workstations, follow strict cleanroom protocols, inspect small electronic components for quality and defects, record production data, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools and workstations.

Team collaboration to meet production targets is essential.

• Rotate through multiple cleanroom workstations during the production process
• Follow strict cleanroom protocols and contamination control procedures
• Inspect small electronic components for quality and defects
• Record and maintain production data, logs, and documentation
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of tools and workstations
• Read and follow manufacturing instructions and technical procedures
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
• Report machine issues or process problems to engineering or maintenance
