Job summary

Veza Manufacturing, LLC is seeking an entry-level Clean Room Technician to join our team in California. The role involves standing for long periods, wearing full PPE, and performing repetitive tasks in a controlled cleanroom environment.

You will operate production equipment, load and unload parts, and help ensure product quality while maintaining safety and 5S standards. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; cleanroom experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Cleanroom experience is a plus.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as required by production tasks.
• Stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 15 lbs regularly.
• Mechanically inclined with good/manual dexterity.
• Perform process kit changes and use of hand tools.
• Operate production equipment and monitor quality.
• Load, start, monitor, and unload parts and measure them.
• Handle fragile products and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Wear cleanroom PPE and maintain hygiene.

Description

Entry level clean room technician

.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience working in a cleanroom environment is a plus.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as required by production tasks.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 15 lbs on a regular basis.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Perform Process kit change. Use of hand tools, Handling of sensitive components
• Operate production equipment, ensure product quality.
• Load parts. Start & Monitor equipment operations. Unload and measure parts
• Ability to handle fragile products and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to work effectively without supervision and as part of a team.
• Comfort working in a cleanroom environment, including a cleanroom suit
• Clean parts while wearing full PPE

Work Environment

This role is based primarily in a controlled cleanroom environment, where you may work in a cleanroom suit (bunny suit) for all or most of your shift,. The position involves standing for periods, performing repetitive tasks, and handling both light items. The work environment follows strict safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards, and requires consistent use of personal protective equipment, including coveralls, boots, hairnets or headcovers, face mask, and gloves.

• Experience with inspection of parts and products in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience with packaging, bagging, tagging, and labeling products for shipment or further processing.
• Familiarity with semiconductor or similar high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Ability to perform basic computer data entry for production and quality records.
• Experience working under 5S standards and general production best practices.
• General labor and general production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to maintain clean and organized workspaces and follow strict cleanroom requirements.
