Employee Workplace is hiring for a temporary Cleanroom Medical Device Assembler in Devens, MA. Shifts include 1st, 2nd, and a weekend option with defined start times; pay ranges from $21.42 to $24.63 per hour.

The role involves assembling, cleaning, and packaging medical device components in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom and following cGMP procedures. You will maintain documentation, ensure quality, and work with a team to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Cleanroom or medical device assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, clean, and package medical device components following work instructions and SOPs
• Perform work in an ISO Class 7 cleanroom while following cleanroom and cGMP procedures
• Complete production documentation accurately and meet quality standards
• Inspect products for quality and report process or product concerns
• Maintain an organized work area using 6S principles
• Return unused materials with proper labeling and lot traceability
• Meet production schedules while maintaining a "build it right the first time" mindset
• Follow all safety policies and wear required PPE

• 2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 3:45 PM - 2:15 AM
• Weekend Shift | Friday - Sunday | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Pay | $21.42 - $24.63/hr.
