Job summary

Controlled Contamination Services is seeking a reliable janitor to maintain interior buildings, lobbies, offices and restrooms. The role includes vacuuming, mopping, stripping/waxing floors, dusting, glass cleaning, sanitizing and reporting hazards. You will follow safety protocols and assist with routine property care.

A High School diploma or GED is preferred, with 1 year of related experience or training. Candidates must be able to perform basic arithmetic for daily tasks and measurements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1 year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic arithmetic abilities for handling money and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and replace liners.
• Vacuum, mop, strip and wax floors, sweep all areas.
• Dust, clean glass, sanitize and disinfect assigned areas.
• Report hazards, damages, or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
