Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician for our Fremont, CA manufacturing facility. You will perform mechanical assembly, RMA processing, and routine technical tasks in a climate-controlled Class 10K cleanroom using hand tools.

This role requires a High School diploma and 3 years of experience in hardware assembly or electronics. Expect a first shift with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Hardware & Repairs: Use hand tools to assemble, service, and process RMA hardware.
• Workstation Setup: Keep workstation clean and organized per 5S standards.
• Safety First: Follow safety procedures, attend trainings, and report hazards.
• Team Support: Complete daily tasks and assist supervisors with department needs.
