Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician for our Fremont, CA manufacturing facility. You will perform mechanical assembly, RMA processing, and routine technical tasks in a climate-controlled Class 10K cleanroom using hand tools.

This role requires a High School diploma and 3 years of experience in hardware assembly or electronics. Expect a first shift with competitive hourly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Randstad is looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join a manufacturing facility. In this role, you will perform mechanical assembly, RMA processing, and routine technical tasks using hand tools in a high-tech, climate-controlled Class 10K Cleanroom environment. Salary: $26 - $34 per hour

Shift: First

Work Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:10 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Hardware & Repairs: Use hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches) to assemble, service, and process RMA hardware.
• Workstation Setup: Keep your workstation clean and organized (5S standards), ensuring tools and parts are stocked.
• Safety First: Follow safety procedures, attend required trainings, and report any workplace hazards immediately.
• Team Support: Complete daily assigned tasks and assist supervisors with additional department needs.
