PRT Staffing is hiring Cleanroom Assembly Technicians for a medical manufacturing facility in Devens, MA. This role involves assembling single-use products in a cleanroom environment, following SOPs and drawings.

Two shifts offer 3- or 4-day workweeks depending on your schedule. Prior cleanroom experience is a plus, but not required, and background screening is required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing or production experience.
• Detail-oriented and able to perform hands-on assembly.
• Ability to use basic hand and measurement tools.
• Basic Microsoft Office familiarity.
• Comfortable standing for up to 95% of the workday.
• Previous cleanroom experience or Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Background screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Help maintain accurate inventory by properly returning unused parts and components.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining a strong focus on quality.

Cleanroom Assembly Technician – $21.42/hrLocation: Devens, MA 01434 Pay: $21.42 per hour Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

We are hiring Cleanroom Assembly Technicians for a medical manufacturing facility in Devens, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on assembly work and wants to gain experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Cleanroom experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with manufacturing, production, assembly, medical device, or other hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.

Available Shifts1st Shift - Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM–4:00 PM2nd Shift - Monday–Thursday | 3:45 PM–2:15 AM3rd Shift - Friday–Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:30 PM Enjoy a 3- or 4-day workweek, depending on your shift!

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and able to follow written procedures
• Comfortable standing for up to 95% of the workday
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team
• Previous cleanroom experience, experience reading engineering drawings, or Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus but not required.

Cleanroom Requirements

Employees must be comfortable wearing required cleanroom PPE, including:

• Full head/hair covering
• Gloves
• Surgical face mask
• Safety glasses
• Composite-toe safety shoes
