Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Inc. in Rancho Cordova, CA is seeking an Assembly Supervisor to lead a cleanroom production cell, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving operational excellence.

You will coach and supervise staff, plan schedules, collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Supply Chain, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and drive measurable operational improvements.
• Knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, Lean principles and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cleanroom manufacturing employees to meet objectives.
• Plan, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on priorities.
• Assign work, balance workloads, remove obstacles to production flow.
• Coach and develop employees while promoting accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom, safety, and quality standards.
