Job summary

Merry Maids of Providence in Warwick, RI seeks a Cleaning Trainer & Quality Control Coach to train, coach, and mentor cleaning teams, upholding high standards and helping staff grow into their best work.

This full-time role requires bilingual English/Spanish, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to quality service; you will visit client homes, inspect work, and refine training materials for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Experience leading training or coaching in a service environment.
• Willing to pass background and drug tests.
• Reliable transportation to client sites and company locations.

Responsibilities

• Train and onboard new hires in proper cleaning techniques with high-quality standards.
• Provide hands-on coaching to build confidence and skills in the team.
• Visit clients' homes to inspect cleaning quality and ensure Merry Maids' standards.
• Monitor team performance and offer constructive feedback for improvement.

Merry Maids of Providence | Warwick, RI | Full-Time | Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required

We're looking for a passionate, natural leader to train, coach, and mentor our cleaning teams — someone who takes pride in high standards and loves helping others grow into their best work. If you have a gift for teaching and an eye for detail, we'd love to meet you.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm — No nights, no weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay $18–$20, depending on experience — plus performance bonuses and incentives

What You'll Do

• Train and onboard new hires in proper cleaning techniques, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Provide hands‑on coaching and mentoring to build confidence and skill in our team members.
• Visit clients' homes to inspect the quality of cleaning performed by our teams, ensuring every job meets Merry Maids' standards of excellence.
• Uphold Merry Maids' commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
• Assist in refining training materials and processes for continuous improvement.

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleaning excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership experience in training, coaching, or mentoring roles (preferably in a cleaning or service-oriented field).
• A positive attitude and a desire to inspire others.
• Reliable transportation when a fleet car isn't available.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a drug test, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, and criminal background check.
