Triple D’s Janitorial Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking dependable Cleaning Technicians to join our on-site, Charlotte-region team. You will maintain clean, safe, welcoming environments for businesses while following company standards and safety protocols.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a flexible schedule including 2nd shift. Ideal candidates have prior janitorial experience and a valid driver's license. Pay is $14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility in working hours and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal).
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Restock paper products and cleaning supplies.
• Ensure all assigned areas meet company standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and communicate with team leads.

Schedule:

Monday – Sunday (7 days/week)
On-site (Charlotte, NC region)
2nd Shift

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (travel between job sites may be required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must be 18 years or older
• Flexibility in working hours is required
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
• Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:
