Job summary

Triple D’s Janitorial Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking dependable Cleaning Technicians to join our local team. This role focuses on maintaining clean, safe, welcoming environments for businesses with attention to detail and reliable performance.

Required: valid driver's license and own vehicle, 5 years of cleaning experience, ability to lift 25 lbs, and flexibility for 2nd shift. On-site work across the Charlotte region; pay is $14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility in working hours is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal)
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
• Restock paper products and cleaning supplies
• Ensure all assigned areas meet company standards
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Communicate effectively with team leads and clients as needed

Schedule:

Monday – Sunday (7 days/week) On-site (Charlotte, NC region) 2nd Shift

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (travel between job sites may be required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists
