Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must have reliable personal vehicle for transportation between job sites.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Experience with cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean mirrors, glass surfaces, and interior windows.
• Restock supplies such as paper products and soap dispensers.
• Follow company cleaning checklists and safety procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance issues or supply shortages.
• Maintain cleaning equipment in proper working condition.
• Secure facilities upon completion of service when required.
