Job summary

Triple D's Janitorial Services is seeking dependable Cleaning Technicians to join our Charlotte region team. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments for businesses.

Schedule: Monday - Sunday (7 days/week), On-site (Charlotte, NC region), 3rd Shift. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, with at least 5 years cleaning experience, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle (travel between job sites may be required).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or housekeeping cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning checklists.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexibility in working hours is required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to follow instructions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal).
• Clean restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Restock paper products and cleaning supplies.
• Ensure all assigned areas meet company standards.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team leads and clients as needed.
