CC & SS Inc., DBA Stanley Steemer in Leesburg, FL is seeking Cleaning Technician Trainees. This paid training position develops future Crew Chiefs and leaders; no prior cleaning experience required.

During your first 90 days you learn cleaning processes, customer service standards, equipment operation, and sales techniques alongside experienced Crew Chiefs to determine readiness for advancement. The role offers guaranteed pay with commission and strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Acceptable driving record; not required to be perfect.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds; perform physical duties.
• Ability to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, hardwood, and area rugs in residential homes.
• Operate professional cleaning equipment and company vehicles.
• Provide outstanding customer service on every job.
• Educate customers about available services that meet their needs.
