Job summary

CC & SS Inc., DBA Stanley Steemer, is seeking Cleaning Technician Trainees to join our team. This paid training role develops future Crew Chiefs and leaders while working directly with customers in their homes.

You will learn cleaning processes, customer service standards, equipment operation, and sales techniques during a structured 90-day training period. Compensation during training starts at $16 per hour with opportunities to earn $16–$20+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and overtime.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Clean carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, hardwood, and area rugs in residential homes.
• Operate professional cleaning equipment and company vehicles.
• Provide outstanding customer service on every job.
• Educate customers about available services that meet their needs.
• Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
