CC&SS Inc., DBA Stanley Steemer is hiring Cleaning Technician Trainees to learn a skilled trade while working in customers' homes. The first 90 days are paid training alongside Crew Chiefs, with advancement to Crew Chief as openings arise.

Guaranteed training pay and potential commissions accompany base wages. During training you will learn cleaning processes, customer service standards, and how to operate equipment and vehicles, with long-term growth into leadership roles within the

Qualifications

• No prior cleaning experience required.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and work Saturdays/overtime as needed.
• Learn cleaning processes, equipment operation, and sales techniques during training.

Responsibilities

• Clean carpets, upholstery, tile, grout, hardwood, and area rugs in homes.
• Operate professional cleaning equipment and company vehicles.
