Location: 19936 State Road 54., Lutz, FL, 33558 Air Duct Cleaning Technician. Stanley Steemer is hiring motivated, dependable individuals to join our Air Duct Cleaning team. This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys physical work, learning mechanical systems, and interacting with customers. Technicians are the face of our company. We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work, communicate well, and are motivated to grow.

Pay & Career Path

We are hiring technicians with the goal of developing them into Crew Chiefs. Air Duct Assistants typically earn $17–$19 per hour while training and assisting on jobs. Once promoted to Crew Chief, technicians typically earn $20–$30 per hour, including commission opportunities. Paid training is provided, and advancement is based on performance, reliability, customer service, and ability to safely lead jobs.
