Job summary

Cleaning Bees is seeking a Cleaning Technician to deliver high-quality cleaning services for client accounts in the Livingston County area. You will represent our mission, follow established methods, and maintain privacy and professional communication at all times.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service, a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. We offer paid time off, holidays, monthly bonuses, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service related field.
• Valid Driver’s License and full-time access to a vehicle.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 lbs.
• Must pass all pre-employment checks (criminal background, references, work history).
• English literacy in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Follow established cleaning methods, policies, and procedures.
• Follow safety and security procedures to protect customers and company property.
• Use supplies and equipment per standard operating procedures.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality policies.
• Read and interpret driving directions and arrive on time to client accounts.
• Participate in training sessions and apply demonstrated techniques.
• Complete required forms and documentation accurately.
• Learn customer programs, scopes, and checklists for the role.
• Attend company meetings and training sessions.
• Communicate professionally with customers and maintain a positive attitude.
