Job summary

Sunshine Exteriors is seeking an entry-level Cleaning Technician to service homeowners within a 30-mile radius. You will be trained to perform exterior cleaning tasks, work under supervision, and contribute to high-quality service delivered in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning windows, gutters, siding and other structures, while maintaining professional customer interactions and teamwork. Basic tools and physical requirements apply; driving may be needed.

At Sunshine Exteriors we serve over 200 customers a year across a 30 mile radius. Our mission is to provide professional, timely, and effective solutions to our rapidly expanding customer base. As a Cleaning Technician you are providing high-quality services to homeowners most valuable asset, their home.

As a Cleaning Technician, you are not only the face of Sunshine Exteriors' services, but the heart and personality customers remember. In this entry level role, we will equip you with the proper training that will allow you to work efficiently in the field. Under supervision, your role will be customer facing, as you clean and maintain our customers homes. You will perform basic cleaning services for windows, gutters, siding, fences, and other exterior structures.

Requirements

Technical skills : Problem solver with a technical aptitude, computer and software application use. Accurately measure distances, using measuring tape. Work with hand tools, extendable poles, and light machinery.

Skills: Communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsible/reliable.

Abilities: Interpret analytics from soft tools such as meters and handheld devices. Troubleshooting. Read, write, and speak the English language.

Physical: Ability to walk over all types of terrain in all kinds of weather while carrying tools and equipment. Ability to safely use weight-bearing equipment within the maximum weight limitations of that equipment (345 lbs). Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and climb ladders to a height of 32 feet Working in confined spaces and at heights. Safely operate and navigate a company vehicle in constant changing environments. Ability to work outside for extended periods in any season and/or during inclement weather.

Valid Driver’s license with satisfactory driving record within company standards required. Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities.

Pay

Industry competitive base pay starting at $16/hr + tips & bonuses.
