Role Description The Cleaning Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Summerville, SC. This role is responsible for performing detailed cleaning in residential homes and commercial facilities, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces. Daily tasks include cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, emptying trash, maintaining floors and carpets, and ensuring windows and glass surfaces are streak-free. The Cleaning Technician will follow established checklists and safety procedures, use company-approved cleaning products and equipment, and report any maintenance or safety issues. The role also involves interacting professionally with clients, respecting their property, and supporting the team in meeting quality and scheduling expectations.

• Candidates should possess skills in Home Cleaning and House Cleaning, including routine and deep-clean tasks in residential environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Commercial Cleaning, with the ability to clean offices, retail spaces, and other business facilities to professional standards.
