You’ll perform carpet and upholstery cleaning, floor care, duct and vent cleaning, and minor restoration tasks, with opportunities for growth and a mix of job types. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, competitive pay with potential commissions, and benefits like PTO and IRA matching.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we will train the right candidates.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability (some evenings or weekends may be needed).
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
