Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Northern New Jersey is hiring a Cleaning Technician to service residential and commercial spaces, focusing on carpet and upholstery cleaning, tile, air ducts, and more. You will help restore comfort and health for customers while growing your career through cross-training in water, mold, fire, and odor restoration.

The role requires on-call flexibility for emergency response. You will report to the shop each morning and travel to sites with a strong emphasis on

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience with truck mounts and carpet cleaning is essential.
Proficient with basic math and technology, including email and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including truck mount and portable units.
Report to shop at 8:00 AM and travel to job sites.
Clean carpets, upholstery, floors, tile/grout, and hardwood surfaces.
Perform air duct, dryer vent, water, mold, fire and smoke restoration as assigned.
Deliver professional customer service and clear communication.
Complete pre- and post-job inspections and keep logs up-to-date.
Maintain appearance and punctuality; be on-call for emergencies.
