Job summary

PG Long in Treasure Valley, ID is hiring a Carpet Cleaning Technician. You will perform carpet and upholstery cleaning, prepare job sites, apply products, extract soils, and complete cleanup activities, while operating company equipment and vans. This full-time role offers DOE pay with commissions/bonuses and paid training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and stay self-directed.
• Willingness to learn product usage with training provided.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Perform or assist with carpet and upholstery cleaning duties, including job site setup, home preparation, product application, extraction, and cleanup.
• Operate and maintain company equipment, vans, and cleaning supplies.
• Follow all company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment - both personally and in company vehicles.
