Qualifications

• Prior cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Availability to work evening and/or night shifts consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a shift.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites in the Rochester, NY area.
• Must have current NYS driver's license and your own vehicle.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces during evening hours.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors, surfaces, and restrooms.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Follow cleaning checklists and company protocols to ensure consistent quality.
• Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to a supervisor.
