Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Tyler-Longview is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual for an Entry-Level Cleaning Technician role in Tyler, TX. This hands-on job offers on-the-job training and growth within a growing company.

Responsibilities include assisting with carpet, tile, upholstery, and air duct cleaning, loading and setting up equipment, and supporting lead technicians on residential and commercial jobs. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift and perform physical work.
• Able to work in various environments (homes, businesses, attics, crawlspaces).

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Tyler-Longview is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Cleaning Technician.

No industry experience is required. We will train the right person.

This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in doing a job well, and wants the opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow with a growing company.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, air duct, and other professional cleaning services
• Load, unload, set up, and clean equipment
• Assist lead technicians on residential and commercial jobs
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers
• Learn proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and job procedures
• Follow company safety procedures and standards
• As you develop your skills, begin performing cleaning jobs more independently
• Assist with restoration projects as needed

Experience in cleaning, construction, restoration, maintenance, or other hands‑on work is helpful but not required.

Pay & Growth

$13–$14 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is an entry‑level position with an opportunity to grow. Someone who proves dependable, learns quickly, and takes ownership of their work can develop into a Cleaning Technician or Lead Technician and take on additional responsibilities within our cleaning and restoration operation.
