Job summary

Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Tyler-Longview is seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Cleaning Technician. This in-person role is based in Tyler, TX and offers hands-on learning with opportunities to grow with a growing company.

No industry experience is required; we will train the right person. You’ll assist with cleaning services on residential and commercial jobs and learn proper techniques and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, construction, restoration, maintenance, or other hands-on work is helpful but not required.
• No industry experience is required; training will be provided.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Able to lift and carry equipment and perform physical work all day.
• Comfortable working in homes, businesses, attics, crawlspaces and other sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist with carpet, tile and grout, upholstery, air duct, and other cleaning services
• Load, unload, set up, and clean equipment
• Assist lead technicians on residential and commercial jobs
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles, equipment, and work areas
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Learn proper cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and job procedures
• Follow company safety procedures and standards
• As you develop your skills, begin performing cleaning jobs more independently
• Assist with restoration projects as needed

Pay & Growth

$13–$14 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

This is an entry‑level position with an opportunity to grow. Someone who proves dependable, learns quickly, and takes ownership of their work can develop into a Cleaning Technician or Lead Technician and take on additional responsibilities within our cleaning and restoration operation.

Location: Tyler, TX and surrounding East Texas communities
