Real Clean Portland LLC. is seeking a dependable Part-Time Cleaning Technician to join a family-oriented cleaning team in the Portland area.

You will perform residential and commercial cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms, while representing the company with professionalism toward clients. The ideal candidate values quality and pride in work, can work independently, and is comfortable traveling to job sites with a reliable vehicle.

Formación

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable personal vehicle required to travel to job sites independently.
• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physically able to perform cleaning tasks including standing, bending and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual and trustworthy.

Responsabilidades

• Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, and wiping surfaces.
• Clean and maintain assigned residential and/or commercial properties to company standards.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly.
• Follow schedules and complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner.
• Represent our family business with professionalism and a friendly attitude toward clients.
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or supply needs to supervisor.
