Job summary

Blaze Real Estate & Property Management is seeking a Cleaning Technician to prepare vacant units for new residents and keep common areas presentable across Amarillo-area properties. This role offers a steady weekday schedule and mileage reimbursement, with supplies provided on-site.

You'll perform deep cleaning of vacant units, prep them for listing, and help maintain a clean, safe property environment. A valid Texas driver's license and ability to lift 30 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience (residential or commercial)
• Eye for detail and pride in finished work
• Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver license
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and stay on your feet through a shift
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Deep clean vacant units between residents (kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, floors)
• Prepare units to a photo-ready standard for listing and showings
• Clean common areas (hallways, laundry rooms) on a set schedule
• Flag maintenance issues you spot during cleaning so they get fixed before move-in
• Track supply usage and request restocks before you run out
