Job summary

REMS is seeking a Cleaner to provide cleaning services across MBE affiliate properties in Wisconsin. This role supports a variety of cleaning needs, including laundry and common area maintenance, window washing, and exterior cleaning. A flexible schedule and ability to travel to multiple properties are required.

Experience in cleaning is a plus, but not required. A positive attitude and the ability to work independently or with others are essential.

Responsibilities

• Laundry and cleaning of common areas
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing floors, windows, counters, bathrooms and kitchens
• Scrubbing, sanitizing and maintaining interior spaces for a clean appearance
• Window washing, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning tasks
• Safely using ladders to complete cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs
• Collaborating with cleaning staff
• Following health and safety regulations

What's the role?

The Cleaner role is responsible for providing cleaning services across MBE affiliate properties. Opportunities may be available for day or night schedules depending on the location. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating clean and welcoming spaces and is comfortable supporting a variety of cleaning needs.

• Laundry and cleaning of common areas
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing floors, windows, counters, bathrooms, kitchens and other surfaces
• Scrubbing, sanitizing, and maintaining interior spaces to ensure a clean and professional appearance
• Window washing, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning tasks
• Safely using ladders to complete cleaning and maintenance related tasks
• Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs
• Collaborating with the rest of the cleaning staff
• Following all health and safety regulations

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?

What's the schedule?

This role has the ability to work a very flexible schedule. As long as you are scheduling within the property's requested timeline and management, you can create your own schedule. Both day and night shift opportunities may be available depending on the location and property needs.
