Job summary

Real Estate Management Solutions LLC is seeking a Cleaner to provide cleaning services across our affiliated properties in Wisconsin. The role offers day or night shifts depending on location, helping create clean, welcoming spaces and supporting a variety of cleaning needs.

Responsibilities include laundry, interior and exterior cleaning tasks, and maintaining a safe, professional environment. A valid driver's license and flexibility are essential for travel to properties as needed.

• Laundry and cleaning of common areas.
• Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing floors, windows, counters, bathrooms, kitchens and other surfaces.
• Scrubbing, sanitizing, and maintaining interior spaces to ensure a clean and professional appearance.
• Window washing, pressure washing, and other exterior cleaning tasks.
• Safely using ladders to complete cleaning and maintenance related tasks.
• Notify management of deficiencies or repair needs.
• Collaborating with the rest of the cleaning staff.
• Following all health and safety regulations.

What's the role?

The Cleaner role is responsible for providing cleaning services across MBE affiliate properties. Opportunities may be available for day or night schedules depending on the location. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating clean and welcoming spaces and is comfortable supporting a variety of cleaning needs. Duties include:

• Laundry and cleaning of common areas

What experience and skills do I need to be successful?

What's the schedule?

This role has the ability to work a very flexible schedule. As long as you are scheduling within the property's requested timeline and management, you can create your own schedule. Both day and night shift opportunities may be available depending on the location and property needs.
