Job summary

Dycos Services in Elizabethton, TN is seeking a Cleaning Staff Supervisor to lead our cleaning teams on-site. You will supervise daily assignments, maintain high cleaning standards, and ensure client satisfaction by staying hands-on with the crew.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in professional cleaning and proven leadership. You will coordinate schedules, monitor supplies, and uphold safety procedures while motivating the team to perform at a high level.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of professional cleaning experience.
• Leadership experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager is preferred.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
• Able to stand, bend and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff on daily assignments and proper cleaning techniques.
• Inspect finished jobs to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.
• Coordinate daily team schedules, assign cleaning zones, and manage staff attendance.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, restock as needed.
• Communicate with clients on-site to address requests or issues promptly.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed, including proper use of chemicals and equipment.
