Qualifications

• Background in professional cleaning (commercial, residential, or hospitality).
• Experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager is preferred.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate cleaning staff on daily assignments and proper cleaning techniques.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished jobs to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.
• Operations & Scheduling: Coordinate daily team schedules, assign cleaning zones, and manage staff attendance.
• Inventory Control: Monitor cleaning supply levels, handle equipment maintenance, and restock supplies as needed.
• Client Communication: Address client requests or feedback quickly and professionally on-site.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all team members follow safety guidelines, including the correct use of chemical cleaning agents and equipment.
