Job summary

Sodexo is seeking two Cleaning Supervisors to oversee morning and evening cleaning shifts at a Hampton school. The roles involve leading a team, ensuring standards, and coordinating cleaning operations on site.

Shifts run Monday to Friday, with morning 6:00–9:30 and evening 15:30–19:00. The morning role is 52 weeks; the evening role is 34 term weeks plus 4 weeks outside term, with holiday entitlement. Competitive pay and full training offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or management roles within cleaning, facilities management or housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of cleaners during your shift.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to required standards.
• Carry out cleaning duties and monitor site cleanliness across the school.
• Assist the Contract Director with organising cleaning operations.
• Lead team briefings and promote a positive working environment.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, fire safety and COSHH compliance.
• Monitor cleaning equipment and storage areas for safety and cleanliness.
• Report incidents, accidents, damages or concerns promptly.
• Help maintain an exceptional environment for pupils, staff and visitors.
