Job summary

Apleona UK is recruiting a School Cleaner for Broxburn Academy. This term-time only role covers cleaning and hygiene in a school environment to high standards, with duties including routine and deep cleaning using a range of tools to meet BICS standards.

You will replenish supplies, dispose of waste, report hazards and maintenance issues, and work as part of a team. The role requires reliability, punctuality and good communication, with PVG checks.

Qualifications

• Experience in school or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and coding schemes.
• Reliable, punctual and well organised in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in a school environment to high standards.
• Carry out routine and deep cleaning using various tools and materials per BICS standards.
• Replenish supplies, dispose of waste and report hazards or maintenance issues.
• Work as part of a team to deliver consistent cleaning across the site.

  Hours - Monday - Friday, 15.30pm - 19.30pm (Term-Time Only)

  We’re currently looking to recruit a Cleaner who will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene within a school environment to the highest levels. You will carry out routine and deep cleaning tasks as required using a range of tools and materials to a level in accordance with BICS standards. As part of the role you will replenish supplies, dispose of waste appropriately and report hazards or maintenance issues.

  As an Apleona Cleaner, we’re looking for:
