Qualifications

• No previous experience required for basic cleaning tasks.
• Positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using cleaning tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail, pride in delivering excellent service, and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods.
• Valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and successful background check.

Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling; keep receptacles clean and odor-free.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and perform spot cleaning.
• Sweep, mop, and polish floors with cleaning supplies.
• Dust furniture, ledges, fixtures, and other hard-to-reach places.
• Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces streak-free.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms; restock soap and towels.
• Monitor inventory and inform supervisors of supply needs.
• Report broken or malfunctioning equipment to area managers.
