A cleaning services provider is looking for dedicated Cleaning Associates in the Lansing area for part-time evening shifts. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness by emptying trash, vacuuming, sweeping, and disinfecting bathrooms. Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure cleanliness.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and spot clean as necessary.
• Sweep, mop, and polish floors using appropriate supplies.
• Clean furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and hard-to-reach places.
• Wash windows and glass surfaces ensuring no streaks.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Take inventory of cleaning supplies and inform supervisor when low.
• Report any broken or malfunctioning equipment to the Area Manager.

We currently have immediate opening positions to help us keep growing, for Cleaning Associates in the Lansing area, Part time Evenings. this schedule is Monday-Friday 3:30pm-7:30pm. Responsibilities

• Empty trash and recycling receptacles into appropriate waste bins and ensure receptacles are kept clean and free of smells.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot clean when it is necessary.
• Sweep, mop and polish floors using the appropriate cleaning supplies.
• Clean and dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and other hard to reach places.
• Wash windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces making sure they are free of streaks.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, ensure soap and paper towel dispensers are well stocked, make sure they are locked if they have a key.
• Take inventory of cleaning supplies and materials, making sure you are letting your supervisor know to order more as needed.
• Inform Area Manager of anything that is broken or not functioning properly so that the issue is resolved promptly.

Qualifications

• Capable of following instructions and learn new techniques.
• Strong time management skills in order to ensure all work is completed by the end of the shift.
• Demonstrate an understanding of standard cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Self-starter who takes the initiative to determine and complete task with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods of time.
• Possess a strong attention to detail.
• Must be 18+ years old, possess a valid DL, with reliable transportation and proof or car insurance.
