Job summary

Transcend Maintenance Services, Inc. is seeking a Detail-Oriented Cleaning Specialist for evenings in Allston, MA. The role requires careful attention to detail and a commitment to safe, thorough cleaning.

You will work Monday through Friday, 17.5 hours per week, with hourly pay between $21 and $22 based on experience. The position offers hands-on training, opportunities for advancement, and a professional work environment with company-provided uniform and ID badge.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily floor care: sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Sanitize and disinfect restrooms, break rooms, and high-traffic areas.
• Dust and clean furniture, ledges, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Empty, clean, and re-line trash and recycling receptacles.
• Safely use and maintain janitorial tools and equipment.
• Wear required PPE and follow strict safety guidelines.
• Communicate facility needs or maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned.
