Total Cleaning in Miami is seeking an immediate cleaner with janitorial experience for a Monday–Friday shift from 5pm to 9pm (20 hours weekly). The role entails cleaning floors and surfaces, following safety procedures with cleaning/disinfecting materials, and maintaining orderly storage areas.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to pass a background and drug test, and capable of standing for long periods. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and/or cleaning experience.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Must be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Must be able to pass a Background Check.
• Must be able to pass Drug Test.
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.

START IMMEDIATELY - Cleaner with Janitorial Experience. Schedule and Location: Miami - Monday through Friday 5pm-9pm (20 Hours/Weekly).

We are looking for cleaning specialists that are dedicated, detailed oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional quality.

What You'll Do

• Clean floors and surfaces using prescribed cleaning methods and procedures
• Mix appropriate proportions of cleaning and disinfecting materials following safety protocols.
• Dust, mop and sweep offices break areas, restrooms, common areas, or other type of rooms depending on the account assigned.
• Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Inform supervisor or Area Manager is any supplies are needed.
• Inform housekeeping supervisor of any cleaning equipment that may need repair or replacement.
• Inform housekeeping supervisor about any building hazard
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Organize janitorial storage closet as needed.
• Secure all interior offices if applicable.
• Shut off all lights if required.
• Set alarm if applicable and secure main entry door.
• Other duties as needed are based on scope of work.
