Position Definition

The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for performing janitorial tasks according to Imperial’s standards and customer requirements, demonstrating high levels of communication, dependability, and consistency.

Job Descriptions

You may be assigned to perform one or more of the following tasks depending on your area:

1. Light Duty Specialist (Starter) Duties:
   • Pick up waste
   • Dusting
   • Clean glasses
   • Other tasks as required
2. Vacuum Specialist (Closer) Duties:
   • Vacuuming
   • Reposition furniture
   • Other tasks as required
3. Restroom Specialist (Sanitor) Duties:
   • Sanitize and disinfect fixtures/partitions
   • Refill dispensers
   • Clean mirrors
   • Dusting
   • Other tasks as required
4. Utility Specialist Duties:
   • Deep mopping
   • Machine operation
   • Hard surface floor care
   • Other tasks as required
