Position Definition

The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for performing janitorial tasks according to Imperial’s standards and customer requirements, ensuring high communication, dependability, and consistency.

Job Responsibilities

You will be assigned to perform one or more of the following tasks depending on the building available in your area:

Light Duty Specialist (Starter) Duties:

• Pick up waste
• Dusting
• Clean glasses
• Other tasks as required

Vacuum Specialist (Closer) Duties:

• Vacuuming
• Reposition all furniture
• Other tasks as required

Restroom Specialist (Sanitor) Duties:

• Sanitize and disinfect fixtures/partitions
• Refill dispensers
• Clean mirrors
• Dusting
• Other tasks as required

Utility Specialist Duties:

• Deep mopping
• Machine operation
• Hard surface floor care
• Other tasks as required
