Description

Cleaning Specialist

Our Cleaning Specialists take pride in ensuring our office and manufacturing spaces are looking their best. This is a full-time, second-shift position working as a member of the Penn United Maintenance Team to provide top quality cleaning and janitorial services to ensure the cleanliness of the buildings.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain cleanliness of all buildings, performing daily routine cleaning of facilities
2. Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitize all surfaces and fixtures
3. Empty trash and garbage containers
4. Assist with maintaining building security and answer doors and telephones after hours
5. Restock supplies and notify team leader of any needed supplies or repairs
6. Maintain confidentiality of corporation documents and information

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or GED
2. Able to communicate effectively with all levels
3. Service attitude, commitment to safety and quality
4. Able to work independently and cooperatively in a team
5. Must be able to stand and walk for 8-9 hours
6. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
7. Must be able to work second shift (Monday – Thursday 3:00 pm – 12:30 am and Friday 2:30 pm – 6:30 pm)
